Shout-out: Paladar in London changed how I think about GF dining

Ate there last month — the entire Latin American menu is gluten-free (it's corn-based) and the kitchen is dedicated. First time in years I could order 'anything' off a menu. It's listed on Elios Table too. If you're visiting London, put it on your list.
