Ate there last month — the entire Latin American menu is gluten-free (it's corn-based) and the kitchen is dedicated. First time in years I could order 'anything' off a menu. It's listed on Elios Table too. If you're visiting London, put it on your list.
The waiter went and asked the kitchen about the fryer and prep area, came back with specifics, and double-checked my meal on the way out. Ended up being one of the best dinners I've had since diagnosis. Worth celebrating venues that get it right.
