Accepted Answer

Elios Table uses a search-to-safety pipeline that analyses Google Places data, real customer reviews, community-submitted venue protocols, and coeliac diner experiences. Each venue receives a safety score from 0-100 and a confidence level: Best for Coeliacs (dedicated GF kitchen), GF Options (shared kitchen but GF items), or GF Friendly (accommodates on request).

Are the restaurants on Elios Table verified by the venues themselves?

Accepted Answer

Unless a venue displays a 'Venue-Confirmed' badge, the venue has not reviewed or verified the information. Venue owners can submit their kitchen protocols through our Venue Portal to get verified. We also sync with Coeliac Australia's accreditation directory for independently certified venues.
