A CC-licensed snapshot of the structured coeliac dining data our community has contributed.
Why this exists
We use open inputs — Google Places for business data, Coeliac Australia's public accreditation list. Our community's structured reviews should flow back out too. If a shared gluten-free dining database ever exists, this is our contribution to it. Until then, this dataset is ours, free to use with attribution under CC-BY 4.0.
- Reviewer author identity is never exported — only their self-reported coeliac status and experience signals.
- Venue protocol submissions release the venue name, location, and protocol answers only — submitter name and email are stripped.
- Only approved records are included. Pending or rejected submissions are not exported.
