Partner & Sponsorship Terms

The terms that apply to partnerships, sponsorships, Featured placements and promotional activity with Elios Table.

Please read these terms before submitting a partnership enquiry or purchasing a Featured placement. They work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to paid and unpaid brand partnerships, sponsorships, Featured placements, promotional campaigns, editorial collaborations and other agreed partner activities. Submitting an enquiry or requesting information does not create a binding commercial agreement. An arrangement becomes binding only when the relevant organisation expressly accepts an applicable proposal or written agreement, or purchases a placement after being clearly presented with these terms. The person accepting confirms they have authority to do so. Specific commercial conditions in a separately agreed written proposal take precedence over conflicting general terms. These terms operate alongside Elios Table's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Approval and editorial independence

Elios Table may review, approve, decline, correct, suspend or remove partner material for legitimate safety, accuracy, legal or policy reasons. Paid sponsorship does not influence Safety Scores, venue classifications, Venue-Confirmed status, food-safety information or independent editorial assessments. Partners cannot purchase favourable recommendations, safety assessments or classifications. We may request supporting evidence for factual, certification or gluten-free safety claims. Where practical and appropriate, we will offer an opportunity to correct inaccurate or non-compliant material before removal; immediate action may be taken where there is a genuine safety, legal or serious reputational concern.

3. Partner information and product claims

Partners are responsible for providing accurate, current and substantiated information about their products, services and operations. Partners must notify us promptly of material changes to gluten-free claims or certifications, ingredients, allergens, cross-contact precautions, availability, recalls, safety concerns, contact information, pricing or promotional offers. An Elios Table listing, brand profile or sponsorship is not an independent food-safety audit, certification or guarantee.

4. Gluten-free and coeliac-related claims

Partners must not make unsupported claims such as 100% gluten-free, coeliac-safe, certified or allergen-free. Partners remain responsible for compliance with applicable food laws, allergen management, food preparation, cross-contact controls, staff training and customer communications. Consumers should confirm their dietary requirements and current food preparation procedures directly with the relevant business. Elios Table does not independently certify or guarantee the safety of any venue or product.

5. Partnership formats and deliverables

Partnership activity may include a brand directory profile, sponsored or Featured promotional placement, editorial or content collaboration, social media campaign, newsletter promotion, event or community sponsorship, or a recurring Featured venue subscription where offered. The specific deliverables, fees, duration, publication dates, placement arrangements and reporting commitments will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, checkout page or written agreement. Editorial coverage is not guaranteed unless expressly included as an agreed deliverable.

6. Advertising disclosures and performance

Paid promotional placements will be identified where required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Paid Featured placements are distinct from organic recommendations and independent safety classifications. Unless a specific measurable commitment is expressly agreed in writing, Elios Table does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, revenue or return on investment. Any audience or performance figures we share will be based on available data, but reporting may be affected by analytics limitations, technical issues and invalid traffic. We will fulfil any expressly agreed reporting obligations; nothing in these terms limits a partner's rights or remedies for materially inaccurate reporting or a material failure to provide agreed services.

7. Fees, payments and renewals

For one-off partnerships and sponsorships, the applicable proposal or invoice will state the fees, payment schedule, deliverables and campaign dates before acceptance. For recurring Featured subscriptions, the renewal frequency, price and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed before purchase. Venue subscriptions may be managed through the Venue Dashboard where that functionality is available. Brand partners are not required to use a Venue Dashboard they cannot access. Cancellation is handled through the available platform process or the agreed commercial terms. These terms do not create an automatic renewal for an offering that does not support one.

8. Cancellations, refunds and non-delivery

Cancellation conditions for a fixed-term campaign are set out in the applicable proposal. Payments for services properly delivered are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the agreed terms. If Elios Table cannot deliver a material part of an agreed paid service, an appropriate remedy may include rescheduling, replacement promotional activity or a proportionate refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Partners retain all non-excludable statutory rights. Elios Table may suspend or terminate an arrangement for serious safety concerns, unlawful content, non-payment or a material breach and, where appropriate, will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.

9. Intellectual property and promotional content

Partners retain ownership of their supplied trademarks, logos, images and other original content. Partners grant Elios Table a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use approved materials for the agreed partnership and reasonable related promotion, including reasonable formatting and resizing. Partners confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions. After an arrangement ends, we will cease new promotional use within a reasonable time, subject to archival records, previously published content and legal obligations. Elios Table retains ownership of its branding, website content, design and independently created materials, subject to any expressly agreed content rights.

10. Liability, indemnity and dispute resolution

Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and do not exclude non-excludable statutory rights. A partner indemnifies Elios Table only for third-party claims caused by that partner's breach, unlawful conduct, intellectual property infringement or materially inaccurate information, and not for loss caused by Elios Table's own misconduct or negligence. Subject to legally required exceptions, Elios Table's total liability for a commercial service is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to liability. Before formal proceedings, either party should give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to discuss a good-faith resolution, except where urgent legal action is necessary.

11. Privacy, international partners and governing law

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. International partners remain responsible for laws applicable to their own products, advertising claims and operations. Currency, taxes, payment methods and international transaction arrangements are specified in the relevant commercial proposal or checkout. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory laws and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A change to these general terms will not retrospectively alter an existing agreed partnership unless legally permitted and appropriately agreed.
